Terms

  1. Both black and white or color camera ready copies are both accepted. Please note that for printed publications, all interior ads will be published in black and white. Color will remain on digitally distributed copies.
  2. Copy is to be applied to scale and be in one piece.
  3. Camera ready copy must be submitted electronically to advertising@waflt.org
  4. WAFLT does not grant cash discounts or agency discounts.
  5. NO ADVERTISING WILL BE PUBLISHED PRIOR TO RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.

COPY AND CONTRACT REGULATIONS

  1. All products, services, and copy must be approved by the publisher before insertion.
  2. No conditions appearing in the contract, order, or copy which conflict with the publisher’s policies will be binding upon the publisher.
  3. Failure to make the order correspond, in price or otherwise, with the fee schedule is regarded as only a clerical error, and publication is made and charged for, upon the terms of the schedule in force without further notice.
  4. If change of copy is not received by the deadline (copy due date), previous copy will be used.
  5. Notice of cancellation must be received by the deadline (copy due date).
  6. Only cover positions are guaranteed.

PAYMENTS:

  1. Credit Card Payment: Payments may be made via the website using Visa or MasterCard. As you are completing the on-line registration process, be sure to click through ALL of the pages in order to generate a receipt and complete the payment process. Once the registration process is complete, there will be a message indicating that the process has been completed. (We do NOT accept American Express or Discover. Sorry for any inconvenience.)
  2. Check Payment: If paying by check, the company must still complete the registration process on-line and choose the mail-in payment option. Be sure to click through ALL of the pages in order to generate a receipt which you will need to mail in with your payment.
