Mind & Body Market AREA DETAILS:
All of the Mind & Body Market vendors will be located inside Reeve Center in Ballroom A.
If your company needs electricity, please indicate “yes” on the Mind & Body Registration Form.
Reserving Mind and Body Market Space
Reservations will be limited to 10 vendors, and accepted no later than Tuesday, October 28, 2025. Companies may reserve up to FOUR display tables (each table is 6 feet by 30 inches). The cost of each table is FREE! Registration is done through the WAFLT website. You MUST use your company’s login and password in order to register. If you do not already have one, you will need to create a login for the WAFLT database. (You do not need to become a member of the organization.) As a result, you will be able to view any transaction you make via the website.
If you are interested in donating a raffle basket or item for the conference, you will have the opportunity to do so while you register for tables. F
ON-LINE REGISTRATION:
Note: if you have previously been a vendor, use your already established Login ID. This maintains the history of all your company’s transactions and receipts on the WAFLT website.
Known Login ID and password: Register ONLINE!
- Forgot password: From the login page, there is a link available to request a new password. This can be done using your login ID or the email address currently registered in our database for your company. If you are unsure what we have in our data, please contact our webmaster at webmaster@waflt.org.
- New Vendor-No Login ID?: If your company does not have a login for the WAFLT database, visit the Mind & Body Reservation Form. A new record will be created in our WAFLT database. Once you have a login, begin the reservation process with the “Mind & Body Reservation Form.” For further instructions on using the on-line registration, please contact the Mind & Body liaison at vendormarket@waflt.org
- Registration Hints: Be sure to click through ALL the pages. There are opportunities for companies to sponsor activities through the conference and to contribute door prizes. Once you complete all the pages, a receipt will be generated and emailed to you as well as stored in your “my receipts” area, available when logged in. Once the registration process is complete, there will be a message indicating that the process has been completed.

LOGISTICS:
Located at the main entrance of the Ballroom. Pick up your nametags. You will then be directed to your booth location by WAFLT conference staff.
INTERNET ACCESSIBILITY IN EXHIBIT AREA: Wifi is free. The guest wifi is called Titan Guest and can be accessed with a personal email address.
LOADING/UNLOADING: If you have larger items, you are welcome to use the loading dock, which is located at the following address:

This is the back side of the food service area. Take the elevator to the catering kitchen, which is directly behind the Ballroom. **Note: The loading dock area is small. Please drop off your materials, park your vehicle, and a volunteer will watch your materials until you return.

Use the ramp at the entrance, take the main hallway all the way to Titan Central, turn left, and take the elevator to the Ballroom.

Pay for parking in advance HERE. This visual step by step tutorial is provided to assist in acquiring a $5 day pass for Friday. No cost for Saturday.

REGISTRATION TABLE:
The Mind & Body Market registration table will be open to assist you on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 5:00 p.m-8:00 p.m. It will be located at the main entrance of the Ballroom. You may pick up your nametags. You will then be directed to your booth location by WAFLT conference staff.
TRANSPORTATION:
The Appleton International Airport is only 25 minutes from the University and is serviced by Delta and United Airlines. If you are traveling by car, Appleton is 3.5 hours north of Chicago and 1.5 hours from Madison and Milwaukee.
UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN-OSHKOSH STAFF:
The University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Staff works very hard to meet the needs of everyone at our conference. It is our intention to keep the vendor costs reasonable by not hiring a professional company to set up the Mind & Body Market. We ask that you respect the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Staff as they work to set up the vendor area.
